Forthright was founded in 2016 by Nick Bulger and Eddie Goebel, with part-time Aegaeon guitarist Tyler Brown joining shortly thereafter. They are a metal band whose sole intention is to create music they love in ways that are fresh, interesting, and introspective. Their major influences include Gojira, Sepultura, Metallica, Ghost, Mastodon, Pantera, and many others.
